An inviting deep ruby-red in colour, this wine is packed full of ripe blackberry and plum aromas with delicate hints of spice and crushed black pepper. Malolactic fermentation means the palate is succulent, soft and fruity, beautifully balanced by velvet-textured tannins as the key to its charm. Ideal to combine with pasta, seafood, white meat, and lightly spiced Indian dishes. Made with grapes that are hand-harvested at a controlled temperature.
